AIESEC Ottawa LCP election

Hey AIESEC,

What's up?? I will write this post in English, since this is the AIESEC official language. I have been in AIESEC for 2 years and 2 months, and I have gained so much from this organization that I want to share this with you guys.

AIESEC is the best student organization that I participated. I was involved in different groups, clubs and initiatives. But none of them gave me the holistic perspective that AIESEC offered me. Its strong platform enables everyone to take the initiative and develop different capacities. AIESEC helped me to grow and develop my leadership skills. Last but not least, it's an international network ready for us. Now I know people from every continent and I'm proud of having the chance to know those amazing individuals, full of potential, commitment, love and will to make their part and improve our world.

I gained a lot from this organization and I believe in its mission. Fulfillment of human's potential is a huge challenge. But we're doing it, every step counts. Be a citizen of the world, learn that the only barriers that we need to face are within ourselves, we're one world, we're one specie, no matter which race, country, sex, religion, sexual orientation. Be who you are, and enjoy it! Accept who is beside you and learn from him/her. I wholeheartedly believe on it, but AIESEC challenged me to experience it and I am thankful for that, because now I think I'm a better person, a little bit better, but remember: every step counts.

AIESEC Ottawa is an amazing chapter and I'm proud of our achievements, and I know that there are so much more to come. We have potential, we have the people, we have love. We can do it.

Congratulations, Robin, our new LCP. I told you there and I reinforce it here: with big powers come big responsibilities. I trust you! Angela and Heather, I am proud of both of you and AIESEC is even more!
